oo000ooo, Ive walked past it a few times and planned my terroist attacks but never been on it. The base has like an underground metal center with 4 poles coming down to it, if you blew them up the eye would roll off into the city :o -- Why wont it save me? |

actually no, the way it's built you would need to take out the motor bearings at the bottom, which would be a task in itself. Then you would need to take out the support, at which point it would promptly fall into the thames. if you took out the support first, then took out the bearings, it would either fall into the river, fall onto the plaza, roll off and hit westmister bridge and fall over, or roll the other way straight into the river (it bends you know). |

So either way, some big ass destruction, how cool would it be watching it trounce London -- Why wont it save me? |

What's the eye? Oooh what's Nottingham like, does Robin Hood live there? I wouldn't be flying from here, my friend. I would be flying from Amsterdam, because I'd go there from Miami, Florida, set up myself at the flat, and then fly over to Eng-uh-land to meet up with you chaps. You are the locals, so it's really up to you, it matters not to me where I go in England as it will be my first time there. Will I need to take a bus or something? |

aaah fark... from amsterdam you could land just about anywhere. It depends how you plan on getting home again, since as I said transatlantics only go from Heathrow, Manchester, Cardiff and Edinburgh. Fly into london, I've got no problems going down except everything costs a bloody fortune there. |

Yeah see we aren't millionaires, spending a bloody fortune doesn't sound like a good time to me. |

German is OK, it's just some of the more obscure things like irregular verbs which always take the dative as long as they're not in a clause involving a first person past participle. |
