Notify users when addon was updated Thread

If I publish a map for Alien Swarm as Addon and I update it there is currently no way for users to find out it was updated. I have to publish new version as a new submission for others to see a notification.

I suggest to send users notifications when the item was changed or idk, think about some other solution. Or did I miss something?

Good point. We are actually overhauling our addon section, since these days modding is mostly about addons. It is still a while off, but welcome all suggestions. I've started a thread here: Github.com
