hey, im not exactly new here but never really visited the forums much, always loved moddb though, great site!

I am new to this. And I am really happy about joining.
If my soda intake didn't require so much money, I could possibly buy more games.
I just bought my first copy of half-life for PC.

I am from good old Kansas, and the only hills people can jump off of here, are the local speed bumps.

Ok, I introduce myself, I'm 17 years old, an all my experience is playing games for all my life. And a little experience in Softimage XSI, Flash, DIV, Milkshape... (You know... 1.- Discover the tool, 2.- Make lots of projects, 3.- Use it for a couple of months, 4.-Get bored,5.- Uninstall the tool 6.-)

So...We could say im completely new, but now Im studying computer science in the university (First year), and I hope I'll learn lots of useful stuff.

The last thing I wanna ask (:tired:)

¿What's the best game to start modding? I just want to learn, so If someone needs some useless help ask me. I thing the best game is the most moded. But what is that game nowadays?

Hi, im Master Chiefs head (A.K.A. Michael), i love RTS and FPS games. I'm not THAT new, but ive never mdded before, and would like to learn. My favorite games are Halo:Combat Evolved, Starcraft, Warhammer 40k (best...RTS...EVER...), and Ground Control. I live where the grass grows green. I suppose i might try to mod, i have an Idea, but no skills.

Half-Life 2 is easily the most modded game these days..

I'm still looking for a modder to mod my HL2 idea..

ok... So I posted on this before, but I didn't really introduce myself. My username clearly comes from, in case your puny minds couldn't figure it out, my love for Blizzard games (particularly Diablo II). I do mostly console gaming, but PCs are starting to intrigue me more and more. I like to PWN... A LOT. The good thing is that I also dont mind BEING PWNED. Get to know me. hello moddb buddies. i am new here and whatever you might think from my name, i am a guy so don't try it unless you happen to be female.

i'm 17 years old, from england and i'm going to university next year to study a course titled Computer Science (Games Development). basically that means i make games as well as drinking myself stupid. i have been modding games for a long time but they have only been small things like changing flags on sof2. i have recently started a mod on source and it is going full steam even though i am the only member of my mod team .

i am a fast learner and my brain sometimes won't switch off . as a result i never think stuff up in a linear fashion. i always plan the various bits that happen and then try and link them together.

i play many games on and offline including things like bf2, hl2, css, halo, kotor, fable and ut. i like collecting games as welland i have every version of every unreal tournament game in existence so far.

i hope to have fun talking to you guys on here
