Napoleon Total War unlimited custom battle funds Thread

Hi everyone sorry for my English is not my nother language.
I'm looking for a mod or a solution to increase easyly starting custom battle fund for Napoleon total war (infinite money or unit very low cost)
About years I know this solution exist but the link seems broken:

If no solution exists I'm ready to pay a mod develloper (a raisonable price) for create such an easy solution to have infinite fund on suctom battle in Napoleon Total war (and even in Empire total war, I imagine it's the same work)
I know, after searching for days such a mod or solution that a lot of peaople want the same.
