My File Is Still Un-Authed Thread

So , I've been trying to upload a file for 3 days Now. I uploaded this updated version of the file 19 hours ago , as seen in the picture above , and it's still UN-AUTHED. However 2 other people upload there files 17 hours ago , and there authorized. How does that work MOD DB? So can someone fix this already ? cause I'm getting really tired of this. Thanks
