making a custom choreography for my hl2mp mod Thread

hello,

i'm having a tough time trying to figure out how to add a custom choreography to my SDK 2013 mod.
I use SFM Faceposer to build correctly a scenes.image file.
The problem is when i launch my mod i have this error : "CSceneFileCache:Bad scene image file scenes/scenes.image"
How do you proceed exactly for your mod to make a working choreography ?
