Looking for 3D Character Artist! Thread

Hey guys,

My name is Kjell Bunjes and I am the Team Leader & Art Director of the upcoming Action Adventure Mindworld: Shattered Dreams. The team consists of people who are either working professionally in the industry or are ambitious to do so. We are currently looking for one 3D character artist, who is capable of creating models based on model sheets.

Your task would be to realize the character model “The Mentor”, which is a main figure of the game. You are going to get the full model sheet to start working on request.

Requirements:
• Efficient workflow
• Strong foundation skills
• Well-organized data management
• Teamplayer
• Past work to show

Bonus:
• Online Portfolio
• Experienced with the Source Engine
• Experienced with single client work
• Experienced with studio work

You are going to have guidance from professional concept artists, who can aid you with any needed material (full sheets, detail shots, full illustrations etc).

We expect you to document your work in a professional manner. It has to be transparent so that every team member can always check what you have been working on, are currently working on and what you are going to work on next.

This position requires a minimum of 3-5 hours per week. You have the chance to work on further models once the mentor is done.

We use DropBox and Skype for the exchange of data and information.

I have some of my projects and stuff on which I cant earn money soo I am looking for some project that can pay me for my work.I can model lot of stuff and I am personally interested in modeling characters.It's great you have concept artist which can draw full sheets/details shoths and other stuff.
I know you probably look professional 3D artists,but I think I could make it,the models you need.I have somewhere around 3 years of experience in 3D modeling.
I dont know some stuff you mentioned under professional manner,but I can learn fast.
I have skype soo if you want me to work for you send me a message there or here soo we can talk about the model and exchange data.
If it doesnt work out you dont need to pay me.

None of our members get monetary rewards, as this is a non-profit project.

Well,since this isnt paid I cant join.I got too many project I work for free already.
