I have this problem Thread

-For start install system driver for your motherboard(from manufacturer site), then restart comp. Find through google search drivers for your graphic card(if not on-board) and install it. Restart again and download Direct X for that card(also previous version of direct X (first)), and restart.
In case that this is some sort of Linux system, use latest Wine emulator from repository and pray.
