Help? white screen flash bug, HL2 mapping; Thread

The whole day it did frustrate me,
that when i did get hit the screen started doing wierd. Didn't really notice it till now, when i went over my 7th map of my new mod, were it is dark outside. Now i suddenly
noticed it, each time i get hit the screen goes white for a second. I am
quit sure this was never before, and i really wouldn't know what could
cause it. Also haven't i changed or added something that could cause
this. Really strange, should someone know the reason of this, or maybe
even the solution to the problem, then please let me know!!(link to small movie that shows the bug;)

I feel like that is normal.... sorta. I do remember that happening in hl2 but not as frequent. Sorry I can't offer any more help.

No, this is not a normal thing.
And, it happens only in some maps of my new mod, in others it doesn't.
Maybe someone else who had this before??

It looks like a special effect of sorts, it wouldn't disrupt the play too much, so maybe it's not worth fixing. Or did you accidently call for this effect? Try that.

Well, maybe it looks like that on the video, but when you play it it really disrubts a whole lot. Even so much
that it is hard to aim at a enemie. Because you simply don't see anything else as a white screen for the half
of the time.

And i didn't do anything to get this effect.
Maybe it is because some levels have more then 100% endata in there compile log,
but this was never a problem before...

What do you mean with;
