Half-Life stand alone level system. Thread

I don't know if it's possible but a stand alone leveling reward system in both half-life and half-life gold source would be something knew. Ive seen it done in mods but I don't think there is a stand alone one.

Would be nice to see maybe something with health, armor, weapon, item rewards and boosters for all of that.
