Games You Want To See Remade Thread

I have a question: What are some games that you want to see remade? This could range from a series reboot to an original game remade with higher quality graphics.

Here's a list of games I want to see be remade:

• Star Wars: Republic Commando
• Prey
• The original Spyro The Dragon trilogy for PS1
• Half-Life: Blue Shift and Half-Life Opposing Force
• Medievil
• Nanosaur

(Please also note that the games I mentioned could already have a remake or have one in development. If they do, please let me know!)

Here is my list:

• Silent Hill & Silent Hill 2: Restless Dreams
• Dino Crisis 1 & 2
• Deus Ex
• Quake (A reboot with concepts incorporated from all games, Quake 1, 2, 4 for SP and Arena for MP)
• Shenmue 1 & 2
• ICO / Shadow of the Collosus (Re-MADE, not Re-MASTERED)

Very unrealistic.... but here is mine.

• Batman (NES, Sega Genesis)
• 
• A new HD version of Sunsoft's classic with voice acting by the cast of the 1989 film, the animated series and the new Christopher Nolan movies would be awesome, plus with other characters you can unlock/play as like Superman and Robin or maybe if we are lucky how about Space Ghost and Master Shake?
• Every Sonic Game On Sega Genesis
• 
• I know it is a bit much (especially from the many lazy employees at SEGA) but a game that has all the levels from the Genesis Sonic games with hand-drawn Sprites and Jaleel White as Sonic and Jim Cummings as Dr.Robotnik, would be the coolest thing EVER.
• Super Mario 64 (Nintendo 64)
• 
• I know there is SM64DS but honestly guys let's not fool are selves, that game sucks... maybe if they made it more vanilla (but with multiplayer and of course HD graphics.) AND on a HOME CONSOLE it would have been amazing.
• Spider-Man Games (PS2, N64, PS3, Whatever Else They Were Released On )
• 
• If Activison remade all the levels of their Spider-Man games into one GIANT game and add extra playable characters, (Wolverine, Howard The Duck, Iron Man, Hulk and Captain America) missions, change the plot, get new voice clips and you are golden.

Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield. Not just me, I know quite a few people who would like that. Unfortunately it will never happen, especially considering the direction the R6 games took after Raven Shield.

-Half Life: Blue Shift, Opposing Force and Decay.
-The original Soldier of Fortune.
-Age of Empires I,II.

It's a good thing many companies remake their old games and more should follow their example. New generations have to play all these old gems out there and since new Operating Systems make that impossible sometimes, the only solution is a remake.

-Secret of Mana

-Super Smash TV

-Resident Evil 2 - (resident evil 6 style, except you get to cruise raccoon city with hordes of action zombie battle)

... Those are the top 3 I think I'd like to see.

Oh my god Star Wars: Republic Commando would be an epic remake!

A good reboot would be SCEA's Blasto

Deus Ex is kind of getting a remake with the Revision mod.

I don't think it could be remade right, every line of dialogue is carefully scripted and delievered in a certain way. With the way games are made today they would want to trim most of it. I'd like sequels more than remakes really.

I would like Star Wars The Old Republic to be remade. Levels 1-10 are good but the level design after that aren't very good.

For me a lot of the JRPG's from back in the day, would be nice to have a whole Shining Force / series remaster collection. Also a HD remaster of Grandia would be fantastic. In terms of a reboot it would be great if they did more games to continue Skies of Arcadia.

Here is one I made:

It has characters from Bomberman, they are called Louies. They are like Hudson's version of Yoshi, but it's a good game! I made it all by myself with a lot of work and effort put into it. It is a fan made game due to the characters not being my own. But I made the sprites:3 Pretty much, it's all about this one evil Louie trying to take over the world and destroy everyone on each planet. You have to stop him:3

I would like some feedback on this game please, I need to know if you like it or not.^^ It may need work, but when the game is done I will go back and make edits to some things that need it. :3
