he does have infared vision, so the night vision is prob something slightly different...but i think ur right, i think it is still an application of infrared, but without the annoying green that it always used to have -- ___________________________

Hang on Night vision is a different tech, to be honest ih ave no idea how it works. You can tell if its night vision when it is a greenish look. Infrared is grey Thermal is the multi colour one. --

I'm not sure about the redness of that infrared thing, most real devices i have seen that use infrared output a grey image. And the thing about NV sounds bout right, i remember hearing that it amplifies light or something... dunno y it turns out green though... --
