So unfortunately I don't think most people here would be able to afford your services, $15 / hour is on the low end. yet most people here either have no budget, or have a very very limited budget.

People mostly either look to work as a volunteer and get experience, or get paid to do a job. Your intensions and priorities are mixed, as you say you want both. This platform is not the place to find what it sounds like your looking for.
