im from germany and TO is maybe as big as CounterStrike for HL,TO looks damn great Realistic Weapons great anti cheat-tool (TOST=TacticalOpsServerTool)

I have heard of this mod, from a friends rant.. if you know the mod team you should get in touch with them and encourage them to add it to the mod databsae! That would be wikkid!

Tac ops is a great mod and the retail versions textures are so much sweeter than the mod version, so go out and buy it. in australia it's only $30, and i felt it was well worth it to support a team which has taken this mod from old 1.2 SWAT days through to tac ops retail 3.1.5. i only hope that they bring out some more whupass games.

I used to play this mod a ton a few years ago...when it just turned Tactical Ops. Tried it again lately, man I love this mod! One of my fav UT mods. Haven't seen the retail though.

Is it standalone? I lost my UT cd. Well I still have the case and Disc 2 (extras) but I cant find disc 1. I am even itching for plain UT...its been lost for a few months now

yeah that game was horrible standalone

Once i played TacOps for 8 hours straight with my mate across my LAN. You never get bored of it.

All you dudes who haven't got UT!! It's now on sale for something like £5 in the UK. Check out "Game" or "EB" (yes i know they are the same store now!!). Well wort a fiver of anybodys money... still a kickass without any mods.

Hello there, I have a problem with Tactical Ops, I am playing and then a screen appears and it says that the connection failed but it never happened before what is it? Hey look I am asking like an educated peson so please help me! I asked help to the IRC channel but they kicked me JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE RACIST.

And then I was banned for 3 days ( because I said that the IRC ppl are racist) but I re-registered and I was banned for 2 weeks and this happened in November or December of the last year, but I still am banned, I can't enter in the forums. So I sent then an e-mail asking why and they didn't ansewered me.
So now Tactical Ops staff really pissed me off and now I want to express my opnion. In the MAIN page of Tactical Ops you can see: NO REALLY, IT'S BETTER THAN COUNTER-STRIKE, it's horrible because they don't feel content with theirselves. Tactical Ops beta 1.00 is one game, beta 2.00 is a totally different game, the same with the retail version. And also it looks like that they never wanted to make a mod they just wanted to make something better than counter-strike, and they almost made me cry sniff sniff.

So waddya think?
