Deleting dead modes. Thread

This site is missing one crucial feature - deleting old modes. I mean only those that have never been published (for whatever reason) (An example is this Moddb.com. Some games have dozens of modes. It wouldn't be bad if a lot of mod weren't "dead", so they make an unnecessary commitment. A condition should be added here that if the author doesn't add any downloadable file since its publication (for example, within 4 years), the mode will be deleted.

Or you could use a filter where you can set it not to show modes without files. But, for me, it would be easier to delete the mode completely. E.g. write to the author that if he doesn't upload the file there within 30 days, the mode will be completely deleted from the web.
