Crysis "i_offset_right" problem... Thread

Hey, I have a question, I don't really have anyone to ask. So maybe someone knows the answer. Found the gun position setting "i_offset_right" (right position offset)

This is my setting, i_offset_right 0.05

and here is the problem ...
I turn on or zoom in, setting is reset to i_offset_right 0
(So it goes back to standard game settings.)
How to apply a setting so that the game doesn't revert to the default "0"
