My new sound card should be coming as soon as I can afford it.
This is a LOT worse than what we had in testing. Anyone listeing i apologise, being cashless at the moment means that this audio is the best you will have to deal with for now if I am ever in a Podcast or anything.
If you did listen to it all then I thank and congratulate you for putting up with my crackling.
The rest of the Podcast I feel went very well. If you do not like terrible audio then watch the other FULL podcast with as little as me as possible.

I did notice that Darth_Brush the maker of the map pack for Left 4 Dead got £900+ in donations for a new PC so maybe I will ask. I have been hoping to get a new website for mortewood up but I have like -£120 becuase of which I owe my dad. Along with that is my **** mic/soundcard.
Asking people to donate to keep the site up, running and constantly updated and to allow me to do more frequent better quality recordings is a good thing right?
I will think about it. If people find a problem with this then they can just, not donate hehehe. :)
Can you enlarge your soundcard's buffer through the driver? Granted, you will lag a bit, but the quality will be upped.

It amazes me how you use Fear to scare people. Read Valve's ToS regarding Source. You're not allowed to "ban" someone from a mod, that's illegal. Quit your ********, unless you've pretended to be nice to people joined them in a game typed status and got their SteamID that way, any other way is yet again Illegal. I love it.

I was talking to Dec and how the threatens to "ban" people from his mod. But other than that, the podcast was great.

Also I do not have a banning system implemented and I do not have peoples steam ID's touched, therefore it is not illegal in any sort. You are judging this on information you lack. I have code in the mod at the moment that only allows select users to play the mod. This is protection for the mod in case of leak. I can name a few mods that have this so it is not illegal in development stages.
I am legally not allowed to edit peoples Steam ID's or use this to ban them. There are other ways of doing this outside the engine but at the moment please do not try to pick things out to say when you lack information and proof of ANY of it.

I find it funny how people say "Don't ban me Dec" though right?
I believe they are referencing to times when they are no obeying the rules in the live feed. I ask of one rule and that is to read my FAQ. People who disobey this rule are banned for 5 minutes and linked to the FAQ so they have a sec to actually read what I asked. Then they are free to return.
Still I don't see how these people could prove this. The ban system is extra protection from leaks as I mentioned before.

Please read what I said. Banning is only ever used in the Live steam to force people to read my FAQ. Any system like that in mortewood basically ONLY allows me and a few other members to play the mod. It is a protection code not a ban code.
Can you note the part in my comment were I mentioned using fear? There is no ban code only protection for my own mod which I feel is a legit reason for this type of code.
Thanks for having your concerns though, I should probably mention what I said here somewhere else.
Not only that, but on MSN/Skype I remember you telling me "I can Ban people from my mod because I look for their SteamId's" Please Dec, do it. I want to see how Valve send their lawyer monkeys after you.

Me and him had a few arguments a while back and stuff was said but we got it all sorted. This is old news and pretty much everyone who cares, knows about it. Plus I have never said this to a "Fanboy". Afnopo is hardly proof as he was never a fan.
Thanks for your concerns but if somebody has a problem with me after reading this who thinks I threaten people then they should send me a message and I will justify everything for them.
I will end this now before it turns into an argument. Stop trying to sabotage me in everything I say and do. People do NOT care about me they care about the mod. This pod cast was about that. So stop trying to try make people hate me for no reason, people have better things to do. Unlike you.

Your argument is void, you are obviously ****** but leave it now before you embarress yourself further okay? look were supposed to be a community, squabbling over pointless ******** just keeps us at bay and stops the community from expanding into a potential creative mass of pure awesome, so please stop being so immiture and just drop it :)
theres no point arguing over skeletons, whoever wins is beside the point, the reason for the argument is now dead and rotting so theres no valid reason anymore so just leave it at that, and to dec - Good on you for ending the argument, this is the kind of adult behaviour we need to keep the community together, cheers.

Also, it's not illegal. There is no way it could possibly be considered illegal. Against ToS, /maybe/, but not illegal.

Has anyone ever heard of the "SteamBans" server plug-in? It's more of a Server ban system but it allows you to ban members off an individual server running a Valve/Source game or mod!... Hence... It is NOT illegal to ban a player from your mod if you run the server yourself that the mod is hosted on etc.
I know that Dec doesn't ban players as has been implicated above (from what i gather he was merely talking about banning folk from his Live Stream)... BUT, if he choose to do so, on his own server, It is not by any means illegal! Potteh should really get his facts straight before causing so much disruption! ;)
Oh and yea... Potteh is finally banned! :)
Also to add to that ever heard what empires did? i swear that like 5-10 people were banned for like greifing and exploiting a bug with the ban system. ill see if i can find the video on youtube
