¿The IS-2 is going to be some kind of buildable Tiger, right?

Even though you are so close to finishing, and thus I hate having to speak-up now, I have concerns with your chosen artillery pieces. The ML-20 Gun-Howitzer was not intergrated at the battalion level (which is the heighest organizational level your going to play at in CoH), but was more often deployed in seperate artillery regiments intergrated at the Corp and Field Army level. The same is true of the ZiS-3 (which is more of a light artillery-piece then a anti-tank gun) which were deployed in seperate battalions intergrated at the division level. My suggestion is to upgrade the ZiS-2 into the doctrine weapon and replace it with the M1942 45mm as the basic-level. I have no idea with what to replace the ML-20 yet, but as soon as I find a suggestion, I'll e-mail you guys.

who else thinks conscripts should be free in menpower cost and only cost population x3?

that depends on how good conscripts are. if they are really sucky, do barely any damage, and die really easily then they should.

Eh. He's partly right there. Russians had 45mm AT. If Germans Wehr have 50mm, I mean, cmon. / Even Americans got 57mm. And you'd give 76mm AT
to the russians as standard?

As for artillery, well, there's the Katchuya (PLEASE limit the max amount, as those are simply god-powerful. To 2 like Allied or 4?)
Or simply make Heavy Mortars be the artillery :) Mobile, vulnerable,
powerful for a mortar?

As for other 'real' artillery. The Wehr use 200mm arty as doctrine
off-map. Should be the same for the ML20 gun Howitzer, I feel.
(Same for americans, a short range static Howitzer is meep, sigh).

Calliopes aren't limited, and neither are Walking Stukas or Nebelwerfers.

Could give Russians the Jeep. They got plenty from lend-lease.
Just limit it to 3 Max, or something, as it's not russian-made
(although they did get the license).
Side note :
personally, I think molotov coktails AND FLAMETHRWER engineers
should affect tanks... sigh. But that's just me :)

i agree with Felinewolfie, but not about the flamethrowers. Molotov Cocktails were invented by the Finnish in the Winter War. They would throw them into a tank's engine, lighting it aflame, burning the crew inside.

Guys, I tried playing Soviets and was surprised that units cannot retreat. Is it done on purpose or it is a bug?
