Installation:Copy all folders and the .module file into your Company of Heroes folder.Create a new shortcut (copy your old one) and start the game with these parameters:"-dev -mod ECL" e.g. it could look like this > "X:\Program Files\Company of Heroes\RelicCOH.exe" -dev -nomovies -mod ECL"
@you the installer:

1.start with a clean install (delete all previous versions and locale file for the mod) then install the enhanced combat leader mod eclver.2.94buildxxxxxxxx.exe (the x = current build of Enhanced Combat Leader: Beyond Overlord ver.2.94) and extract that to your company of heroes directory @ "C:\program files\thq\company of heroes\" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\THQ\Company of Heroes" or if you are running the latest steam version "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch"


2.then run the game from the shortcut. (enhanced combat leader).

Is a multi-player game modification for Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts that emphasizes tactical combat, realism, and historical accuracy by allowing players to command and deploy company size forces throughout the Normandy Overlord Campaign, players get to create and command authentic WW II Battalion Level formations. Through the advantages of the Relic essence engine players can enjoy a new game experience with many dynamic features that emphasize tactical command and control and exploits the dynamic elements of the living soldiers system by providing player squads many new ability enhancements which allow players to execute advanced tactical combat strategies, players can also execute squad level tactical orders and unit abilities in a smoother more intuitive way.

- Most infantry can construct a simple slit trench for basic 'in the field' protection (trenches no longer have the 'titanium alloy armor' statistics of generic Opposing Fronts)
- Bullets, shells, explosions, etc., are slightly more dangerous than generic CoH values
- When a vehicles engine is destroyed ('in the red'), it is immobilized until repaired
- A wider variety of units, abilities, and supporting call-ins
- Improved defenses for all 4 factions
- Most infantry units can 'escort' a unit (infantry-tank cooperation)
- Most vehicles can provide 'support' to a unit by following it(tank-infantry cooperation)
- No more 'automated automatons' crews in a mg pit, etc., now defenses have a proper population count(ex ; mg pit counts as 1 population)
- Realistic unit population values (ex ; churchill croc. tank has a population of 5, not 16)
- Infantry in heavy(green) cover can auto-camo (this presents good ambush opportunities)
- US airborne and British commandos/airborne can now build and upgrade behind enemy lines
- Mortar and most artillery units ranges have been increased

I am releasing a new build very soon quite honestly am currently finishing the test process now so can remove all the bugs from this build then I will begin the changes for the next build because there is so much new stuff it’s going to need greater clarification so that you can even play the tutorial because you will need to learn the mechanics and how to play enhanced combat leader. For example this is the current stuff for the next build:

1. Implementing now new camouflage system that permits players to conceal their tanks in cover and if they may camouflage then you have the ability to hide them in cover and this camouflage can only be implemented near bushes and brush and other terrain. But not all tanks can do this as they don’t have a profile small enough to conceal (after all could you imagine hiding the Maus tank in a little bush?)

2. Anti-tank crews are more dangerous they can build the anti-tank pit emplacement and other defensive for Germans (although limited and very specialized and limit on what they can build.) also they have panzerfaust so don’t try to run circles around them or you will be hit by a short range anti-tank weapon.

3. The critical hit systems are also getting a review machine guns can rout unprepared infantry that encounter them by surprise. Artillery not only does damage but it stuns so do big caliber rounds. Tank to tank combat is much better now allowing for units to do wider variety different critical hits for all tank crew men being hurt or killed with the vehicle which affects how they perform and operate the tank. Also fire after hit in engine does continues damage and can secondary explode ammo causing catastrophic explosion to vehicle also debating making wreck crushable by only heavy crush vehicles. (But I’ll need peoples input on whether it’s cool realistic or no because it’s wrong or fake.)
