Here's a list of mini-challenges you will face. This is different from usual WarioWare games : Minigames are thought to take place on a multiplayer environment.

GarryWare currently has 38 minigames.

They are classified into two categories, while some specific games are derivatives of those two categories.

Legend

Some games relies on a same concept :

  • There is an objective, but not enough for everyone. Those are marked with the label NE.
  • There is a minimum of interaction between players but not necessarily. Those are marked with the label IP.
  • There is a direct dependence between players about winning or failing. Those are marked with the label DP.
  • The minigame is an IQ game using available controls (chat keyboard, or pistol as a pointing device). Those are marked with the label BA.

Do it !

"Do it !" minigames requires the player to do a specific action. That means, the player is ought to lose if he does nothing. You can either win or fail during the gamemode, or at the end depending on what status you acquired during the game.

This includes :

  • Punt the biggest crate ! IP
  • Get to the red platform ! IP
    This is a build-to-the-top style game.
  • Get on the (color) circle ! IP
    On this game, players get a crowbar to throw at others.
  • On the center ! IP
  • Climb on a box ! IP
    On this game, players get a crobwar to throw at others.
    Blocking the others from getting onto a box they're standing on is a legit tactic.
  • Jump from box to box twice ! IP
  • Climb on a box with your view reversed !
  • Rocketjump onto a plate !
  • Catch a white ball ! NE
  • Find a battery and plug it ! NE
    Stealing someone else's battery is a legit tactic.
  • Pick up that can, now put it in the trashcan. IP
    There are enough cans for everyone.
  • Break a melon ! NE
    The melons are hidden in crates. They have a glimpse of their locations before the game starts.
  • Break a chair ! NE
    The whole server will either get a crowbar or a pistol.
  • Shut an alarm down ! NE
    This game relies on having headphones or stereo speakers.
  • Get in a pod ! NE
  • Hit the bullseye ! IP
    Players get a gravity gun, and props are laying around to be tossed towards bullseye.
  • Hit the bullseye exactly (number) times ! IP
    Players get a pistol with 24 total shots, while 12 of them are already in the clip.
    Hitting the bullseye more than the number is a fail.
    The bullseye physically moves when shot at.
  • Hit the bullseye most times ! DP
    Players get a pistol with 24 total shots, while 12 of them are already in the clip.
  • Shoot the (color) prop !
  • Wait and shoot the (color) prop !
  • Memorize the sequence, and repeat ! BA
  • Memorize, and shoot the (color)/(number) one ! BA
  • Shoot in the ascending/descending order ! BA
    Number of crates is variable, time to solve fits the number of crates.
  • Get 21 ! BA
    Players have to get 21 by adding once some numbers, without cancelling.
  • Add those two numbers ! BA
    Players have to type in the chat to input their answer. If the answer is correct or contains the answer partially, it is hidden with a message replacing it.
  • Figure the next number in this sequence ! BA

  • Watch, and stand on the missing prop ! IP
    In this game, players won't know if they won or not until the game ends. It is like "Climb on a box", with their status hidden.
  • Get on the circle with fewest players ! DP NE
    This is a mind game where the status of a player is defined by what the others are doing.
    In this game, players get a Rocketjumping weapon to travel with another mean.
  • Work as a team and be useful : Break all crates ! DP NE
    This game requires all the players to be participative to their own success. There are two ways to lose : Either all crates are not broken at the end, and you lose, or you didn't participate to break at least one crate to make the game a success. This has been a choice : You can't actually do real griefing on this game, because griefing leads to your own failure, and you're unlikely to lead the whole server to fail because you didn't participate.
  • Send files to Facepunch ! DP NE x IP
    This minigame was made as a wink to the ending of the Facepunch Fretta Contest.
    It is the first gamemode ever to feature a 2-level plane of failure.

    • First, players need to cooperate to put x files into the folder by tossing files towards it. Players who do it are assured to participate in the second plane, if the folder is filled up, so the same players are forced to help out. There are much more files spawned than players, and little less files to reunite than players.
    • When the folder is filled up, everyone who didn't participate will fail and lose their gravity gun. At this moment, the folder vanishes and a certain number of mails are tossed out, corresponding to the number of participating players. If a player toss a mail to the Facepunch moving sphere, this player will succeed and lose the gravity gun.

Don't do it !

"Don't do it !" minigames requires the player not doing an action : That means, their status will be validated upon the game ends. You can only fail during a "Don't do it" gamemode, and win at the end.

This includes :

  • Don't move ! DP
    On this game, players get a crowbar to throw at others.
  • Avoid the balls ! IP
    Punting a ball onto another players, or touching another player with a ball being held is a legit tactic.
  • Flee away from rollermines/manhacks ! IP
    Players don't get any weapon to defend themselves.
  • Keep bumping ! IP
    On this game, players get a crowbar to throw at others.
  • Don't stop sprinting ! IP
  • Don't reach the sky ! DP
    On this game, players get a weapon that allows them to punt the players up or propel themselves backwards.
  • Don't step in the circles ! DP
    On this game, players get a crowbar to throw at others.
  • Don't use HLSS !
    Don't use HLSS is a joke gamemode : On Garry's Mod servers, some players often mic-spam music or memes on the VOIP chat thanks to a feature in the Source Engine (which inherited from GoldSource). Don't use HLSS detects whether a player is currently streaming using that feature, and make them fail.
