At the start of each round, players can either choose to join the human team or volunteer to be the first zombie. If no one volunteers the game will pick one human randomly, and the game begins! The starter zombie's goal is to kill the humans while the human goal is to stay alive as long as possible, complete objectives, or even wipe out all the zombies. The catch is that when a human dies he will simply join the ranks of the undead, now ready to finish off his old living teammates. Jacking In

Dystopia is a cyberpunk hacking-focused multiplayer total conversion (try saying that quickly three times) which first released a demo back in 2005, and then a 1.0 release in 2007. Over the years, Dystopia has taken a spot at an illustrious podium of Half-Life 2 mods that transformed Valve's physics-oriented FPS into a competitive experience powered by Source's inherently multiplayer infrastructure. It's not quite as hustle and bustle as it used to be, but a committed fandom of dedicated players still gear up and get together for weekend brawls among the cyberscapes of this mod.

The folks behind Dystopia at Puny Human have just released a new update for Dystopia on Steam and also discussed some news for another of their Source Engine escapades, this time commercial, with a free massive update out for Blade Symphony as well. We love to see modders winning and with this update, now's not a bad time to jump in with the community and get in another game for old time's sake.
