Pc will always look better than 360 and ps3 as the ps3 is using a 7600gs which is dx9 based hardware and the 360 is using a custom ati chip which is using dx9 as well but is has dx10 aa and tessellation.

Pc version of the engine isn't forced to dx9 and can use all the way up to dx11 if the hardware is available and also with the larger amount of memory available it can have higher quality textures and use the more enhanced features.

i remember when the PS3 and Xbox 360 were first released. they were better than most PC's but i have doubts they will do they same on PS4 and Xbox 720
