I ran this using zandronum 3.0, so that may have been the problem yes. Didn't know it required GZDoom 3.4 or later. It wasn't that hard to get it to work though. Just commented out the seven lines mentioned before
Run with gzdoom and don't follow your method for make it start on zandronum.You are deleting items from teh code in doing that!Run it with the more modern builds og zdoomagain.
It was abandoned? ;-;
sadly :( theres a link to the announcement in the main page under sgtmarkiv and the creators comments
Wait WHAT?
What do you mean it was abandoned? All those years of work just to drop it so suddenly?
No more updates? :(
oh god no...
Script error, "ZMC-BWV50WIP.pk3:actors/maps/mapprops.txt" line 2442:
Expected ')', got ','.
Pretty sure the last version (4.5) worked in zandronum
edit:
I excluded all entries with // to make it run,
but seriously, what is this?
I see only 3 episodes (there were 6 in the previous version)
A changelog would be appreciated.
btw, the mirrors on the floors look nice
edit2:
Ok nevermind, i guess you only put the episodes that you finished to repolish. thanks for sharing anyway.
What do you mean by exclude all entries with // ?
Did you remove all lines starting with // in mapprops.txt or did you just remove all the /'s ?
Just put // infront of the last 7 entries of
//TNT1 A 1 A_PlaySound("Stone/sound",0,1,0,ATTN_NONE,0)
in actors\Maps\mapprops.txt . Have fun
im have the same error
why they provide damaged mods?
To repair the .PK3 file:
Just put // in front of the last 7 entries of "TNT1 A 1 A_PlaySound("Stone/sound",0,1,0,ATTN_NONE,0)" in actors\Maps\mapprops.txt
Result:
"//TNT1 A 1 A_PlaySound("Stone/sound",0,1,0,ATTN_NONE,0)"

As he fixes everything there is? Or true facts
That's good to hear, I was worried that you really abandoned the project. Thank God it's being continued
looks like that wont happen sadly, after all hes working on his little game brutal fate.
About the errors,i never saw them.Sure you all aren't trying to load this on zandronum or some gzdoom version before 3.4?

Some people like to stick to Zandronum for better performance and coop support. (not to forget that v4.5 ran fine with zandronum)
