Zeruel87 Mod v0.5.1 for 20190314 - many mapping updates
all updated content from OpenRA Release 20190314 has been added.
Various small changes have been done to adjust the mod to the new release, these are to much to count,
the main updates are the following:

Map Editor:
- Tech Buildings (Neutral Capturables) from RA have been added
- 1 Custom made Tech Building has been added the "Mammoth Bunker" a Bunkiker with a Russian Mammoth Turret with 3x the Health of a Mammoth Tank, also Repairable!
- Added Red Alerts "Debris" and "Bridge" Tilesets to "Desert", "Snow" & "Temperat".
- Added Custom made Tiles in their own category "Zeruel87 Urban" to all 5 Map types, these Tiles consist of Street, Stone, Gras & Pond Tiles.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MAPPERS: all Custom tiles have 5 Variants that are randomly choosen when you place them, just like the normal Gras Tiles, so if you dont want that every street or gras tile looks the same - don't copy and past to much but add them manually.

X-Factions:
- only the main building (xfact) generates money automatically.
- all X-Factions are now able to Build Refinerys (proc) to gain additonal money and to beable to remove Tiberium.

Alpha:
- Light Truck (Repair Truck) & Light Heal (Healtruck) now have Animated turrets.
- Bots have a bit of a boosted AI - Bots that play Alpha now build 2 additional Light Truck (Repair Truck) that only do reparing for buildings

i install mod at mod folder in openRA folder, but i dunno what am i have to do after
just replace the cnc folder located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenRA\mods" and start the regular "TiberianDawn.exe"
i will provide a better installation manuel with the next update.
