Description

Welcome to Whiteboy's Rules commander! This mod is designed to be a general fun-adding pack for C&C Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge. It adds new units & structures, new graphics, new AI, new sounds, new effects, new maps, new modes, new mechanics, an advanced tech tree, and adds overall more fun and carnage to the game - all in the name of making the game more enjoyable, more interesting, and more worth playing after you've already played the unmodded game to death. ENJOY! This is the 2020 re-release of Whiteboy's Rules V1.5. V1.5 first came out in May 2008 - this re-release is no different content-wise to all other 1.5 versions - absolutely nothing was changed in the mod, only how it is packaged/installed. This mod is complete. V1.5 is considered 'final' and no more updates are intended. WRV1.5 works with the original game and CnCNet for Online/LAN. It has optional Assault mode and extras. It does not require Ares/the Rock Patch. Please read the readme files after downloading. Thanks!

See the installation instructions file when you download the mod. It explains how to install Red Alert 2 + Yuri's Revenge on modern systems (you must buy it on the Origin store) and how to make it work using Windows 10, and how to install the mod too :)

Assault mode won't work in the CnCNet launcher, only in the original CD or Origin release (or the First Decade release). Have you installed the 2 Assault map packs? You have to actually open both (assaultmaps01a.zip and assaultmaps02a.zip) and run the .exe files inside them to install it properly. Only then will you be able to play the Assault game mode from the Skirmish screen. Currently there is no way to play it online since CnCNet does not support them (but CnCNet has it's own variation of this mode anyway so it's not really needed).
