Description

This mod takes place before the order 66. Commander Cody, Commander Salvo and their team are beginning to wipe out the droids. Already under command of Emperor Palpatine, they destroy all the droids on Tantusa and act like they were still in command of the jedi. This mod adds new models, weapons and Units and ofcourse a new map made by me.

Is this a re-uploaded mod you made a while ago or is this fresh new made in 2016?

Also, when I saw the picture, I noticed one of the trees in the far right is not touching the ground. I would consider checking everything to make sure its in-tact with the ground. I can also suggest more realistic looking terrain in the right of the picture.

Just played the map. One very big mistake you made was leaving the CIS Ship's hangar in mid air when you could've easily deleted it, or you could've kept the entire ship as a visual for more of a battle atmosphere. I did noticed a couple more trees and some grass that are high up in mid-air and not in-tact with the ground. The map feels rather flat and un-realistic, other than the river and the steep cliff. You could've use more of a variety of trees and objects. There are also doors taken from the capital ships that open unrealistically as you can still see the doors when they open. The temple in higher terrain strangely has a tree penetrating through it and in the stairways, many beginners will not find this one, but I noticed its slightly floating when I checked it.

Gameplay-Wise, I do like the use of custom units. However the Clone Destroyer and the Clone Commanders weapons are far too powerful, especially when taking down droidekas because chainguns are not suppose to be very effective on droid shields. Because of that, the gameplay is very unbalanced as I can easily wipe out the other team very quickily. There is only one custom skin for the CIS and 3 Custom Skins for the republic. The CIS is unchanged, while the Republic Gets overpowering mini guns. I noticed the droids always win 100% of the time unless I use the chaingun of the Clone Detroyer or Commander. You did not add any boundaries which means I can travel indefinitely away from the battlefield. I didn't notice any AI pathing errors though, and the battle does complete itself, which is a good thing.

Overall I rate this a 3/10 for design and 3/10 for gameplay and balance. There is a lot more work that needs to be done.

This is my second mod I ever made. I spent most of the time on the republic units and the pathing and so on and in time I didn_t have that much fun as I had in the beginning. That is why I uploaded this kind of "unfinished" map. I can understand that a pro like you is looking at every detail. But you have to see that there aren't Battlefront 2 addicts anymore. People just sometimes want to play some new mods and maps but in my opinion this game is too old to be addicted to. But if you want to play Battlefront II with perfect mods, then you are right, this isn't at all because it's unfinished. Modding is not my Hobby, i just wanted to try it out.

I am chill. I gave criticism so the creator can check what he missed, and improve the map. All I want is to see people become more successful.
