This new version fixes some issues. I'm uploading it to all of you who don't want to do it manually.
EDIT (3/26/2020): I adjusted a few more things.
Installation is simple; extract the .zip file and place wantedsp in the root of Half-Life's directory
Fixes

Buffalo gun zoom is restored
Telegram and notes now display properly instead of bringing up a broken TFC VGUI
Proper default setup
Graphics from the original version are now restored. (Such as loading text)

Telegram and note graphics will appear small on 1080p resolutions. But it shouldn't be too small.

Thanks for the fix, too bad enemies still don't drop ammo though.
Two slight complaints....
1) There's no text coming up when you quicksave, I just think it's a good idea to have it come up, it's not a major problem. I just went to the bottom of "titles" and added this at the bottom....

2) There's no way to get to the training ranch from the main menu. I think what you need to do is copy "valve/resource/GameMenu" from your Half-Life folder, paste a copy into "wantedsp/resource" and edit the new file as follows....
"label" "Hazard Course"
"command" "engine map t0a0"
And change it to this...
"label" "Training Ranch"
"command" "engine map wanttr"

This version of the mod with patch half life 25th anniversary works well, it only crashes when I reload the games while I'm playing, but if I load a save in the main menu it works
