The first build, with basic proof of concept functionality.
All capsules are powerups which are all multi-ball for the moment.

• Energy shields are listed by the player scores.
• When your shields hit 0, your paddle is disabled until your energy meter reaches 20% again from recharging.
• Recharging happens over time.
• The game has to be restarted for a new game. Working menus are next.

PaddleControls:
A/D is Player 1 Left/Right
Arrow Left/ArrowRight is Player 2 Paddle Left/Right
