[v1.1] 16-bit Retro Mod [FULL] file

This is the FULL repacking of the main mod due to the discovery of a better video encoding method. Now the included video replacements are the definitive versions they always should have been! This mod will essentially revert the original 32-bit version of the game to the 16-bit version similar to the SNES release. Be sure to check the included README for more info and install instructions. This has ONLY been tested to work properly with v1.0 of the Windows 95/98 version of Mega Man X3.
