Why are you doing another hungary mod when there is already an awesome hungary mod out there? You can help making it better than creating a new one.
Because this is a "commmod" it makes hungary Communist from the start. It would have a full on communist focus tree aswell i suppose or kinda like the Soviet focus tree not like in the other hungary mod. And if he wants to do it let him.
