Unofficial patch for FSPort MediaVPs file

I created a ship TBM that allows the use of the MediaVPs_2014 with the FSPort. Extract the file into the fsport-mediavps\data\tables folder. Change mediavps_3612 to Mediavps_2014 in the mod.ini file.
