Description
This is the Ultimate Simpsons Doom made by Myk Friedman and Walter Stabosz (mostly by myk) which is based on the original Simpsons Doom. The sprites are great quality and replaces lots of textures,models and such not to mention the sounds and music. You need Zdoom for this to work and wen downloaded drag this Wad file on the Zdoom launcher. Enjoy!

Windows 3.0 was released in May 1990 and Doom was released in 1993. 1993 comes after 1990. There was Windows when Doom was released.

To put historical significance into context... this was made BEFORE Mspaint.exe ever existed!
Actually, MS-Paint (Originally known as Paintbrush) was released with every version of Windows.

When I was kid I used to play around in Win3.1's Paintbrush.
The original simpsons doom was created when you could play DOOM in DOS without having Windows at all :O
wrong it came bundled with windows 3.0 and even on windows 1.0 from 1985 but was called paint then lol

Well that's simple, Brutal Doom overwrite the Simpson sounds

This is actually the first wad I have. there's one thing I'm asking. How can I play the real Map01 ? Every other map doesn't change, but the first one is different. is there a way I can play the original map01 with this mod? :)
cant play on windwos 10 :(
Works perfectly for me on Windows 10. You need to have gzdoom or lzdoom to play this. Just drag-and-drop ulsimpdm.wad onto gzdoom.exe
