TheRealSceneGraphManager's Upgraded Teleport Sounds
In continuance with my tradition of making Doom 3 moar leeter than id originally made it,
I am proud to present my new monster teleport sounds! The noticeably low quality of the original
sounds bothered me quite a bit, considering how frequently they were played/heard and how important
they were to the overall experience. This mod is my effort at bringing them up to more modern
standards. They have been completely reconstructed from scratch using the chant effects of the
equivalents in Doom 3 (I experimented with using some of the D3 alpha vocals but they didn't sound
quite right, as did a number of other ominous chants I had laying around) and a number of high-quality
samples of actual lightning. Timings have been synced so nothing seems out of place and a sincere
effort was made to remain as close to the spirit of the original as possible. Also included is a set
of tweaked sound shaders to bring out my work a little bit more than the default settings would allow.

Drop the 'pak626.pk4' file into the 'base' folder or into the folder of the mod you wish to have use these
Remove the pak from wherever it is that you may have put it.
This is the only mod I know of that touches the teleport sounds and the sound shader file that I edited.
To sum things up, should work with anything no problem.
USAGE IN OTHER MODS:
Fine by me, just don't say you made 'em. If you do decide to actually edit these, it's fair game but a mention
somewhere in the mod credits for the originals would be nice. Have fun!
