This is the full version of 1.3, replace all files in Tiberium Secrets mod folder, remove any other files in folder. Check 1.0 if you need C&C3;: Tiberium Wars installation instructions on how to add mods.
Patch Notes for 1.3:
- Switched back to combined mod stream to fix ASI garrison art issue
- Added sound effect for PPC Turret weapon fire
- GDI Guardian Cannon damage increased from 350 to 450
- GDI Guardian Cannon now has 50% increased damage against basic tanks
- Nod Laser Turret damage increased from 140 to 170
- Nod Laser Turret now has 50% increased damage against basic tanks
- Scrin Photon Cannon damage increased from 140 to 150

- Added missing text strings for Four Horsemen superweapon timers

Random curiosity about C&C mods I remember keeping tabs on. One question though. Any installation guide for non-Steam version?
Steam is the best supported, but are you using a CD or origin?

Good,origin is very unfriendly to mods. The conventional mod installation instructions will work then.
Make sure C&C3;: Tiberium wars installed.Next check your documents folder named the game folder, if you don't have one, go in game, and save a replay. Now you will have a folder under documents. With a replay folder, create a mod folder if you don't have one there, and create a Tiberium Secrets folder, download and drop all files in there. The mod doesn't work on default minimum graphics, so adjust all to max.And it should work.
I did that and nothing is different. Here's the path:
Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\mods\TiberiumSecrets_1.3_RC2
When u start the game then go to the game browser, is anything there?
Game browser? Where? Just the main menu and all the normal options.
When u put in the disc, a pop up window appears, with teh C&C3; logo.
There are a few options at the bottom of the window. "play", "game browser", "check for updates" (greyed out), "quit"
Click on game browser> click mods tab, find Tiberium secrets. (This is teh same way to instal and get to any C&C3;: Tiberium wars mod.
Just call the TS folder "Tiberium Secrets" Remove the version # from the folder name.

Is ASI and the vanilla factions supposed to be the only playable ones?
Yes.
Colony and D51 only have their structures completed, we will get to them in the future. Not to mention how difficult balancing would be if we released more than 1 faction at a time.

Keep in mind though that this way is leaving the mod permanently installed into your game until you go back and undo what you did when you installed it. No worries you don't need to delete files. So lets start.
To insert a mod :
Go to Tiberium wars file through origin games file.
First, paste the .SKUDEF file of the mod you downloaded into the Command Conquer 3 Tiberium wars folder.
Second inside the c&c Tiberium wars folder go to Core --> 1.9
Third paste there the .BIG file or files of your mod inside there.
Fourth inside the 1.9 folder open the text file named config it should look like this :
add-big patch9.big
add-config ..\1.8\config.txt
Now go and add this/these line/lines in between:
/////
add-big patch9.big
add-big (put the name of the big file of the mod here).big
add-big (put the name of the big file of the mod here).big
add-config ..\1.8\config.txt
/////
(The file/files depends on how many .BIG file types your mod has. In this mod there were two.
Now SAVE IT!
Your mod is now installed and will be activated until you uninstall it manually again.
(The ///// are not supposed to be there I used them to separate the steps from the text written inside the file.)
p.s. (I saw quickly the nod gdi and scrin units. Many units advertised are not inside the mods. And i didnt like the look of the scorpion tanks looked kinda bad. a tank with a drill head that fires normalshells. But i liked a lot the empty shells going out of tanks. I would like to see some more air units too. Overall this mod need a lot of work but its a good start. Have fun ;))
Like the instruction said Drag and drop in the mod folder and typing -ui for some strange reason i cant let it work I also notice it is a BIG file I dont know wich program i need to use to open it as 7Zip does not accept those type of files I can realy use your help or from Anyone

nice perfect, was missing the golden era of C&C.
this is exactly what i needed for offline skirmishes.
soo basically C:\Users\"YOUR_USERNAME"\Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Mods\Tiberium Secrets
and put the mod files inside.
from C&C3;'s Installed folder and find CNC3.exe then make shortcut to desktop.
right click>properties>shortcut>
under target just add -ui
example something like this
"D:\Games\CnC3 Tiberium Wars\CNC3.exe" -ui
it will launch an UI launcher instead of getting right away into the game
Game Browser>Mods>"select the mod">Launch Game

I need some help, I have installed C&C3;, unzipped mod to Tiberium Secrets in MOD folder. Launched the game by selecting 'Tiberium Secrets' in mod folder. but all i'm getting is the standard C&C3; in game menu. Not sure how I access this new game. Hopefully i'm not missing something or being a bit thick!, any help would be appreciated.
1. Is the menu music different? We did not change the CC3 menu UI at all. We intend to add a custom TS logo, but it will likely be later.Go to Skrimish and see if ASI is a faction you can select at the bottom.
2. It sounds like your not using the game browser, to launch the mod. Going into the documentsCC3 TW> Mods >TS, and trying to launch from there does nothing. Read the other comments here, to find out the standard mod installation instructions.
3. What version of CC3TW are you using? CD? Steam? Origin?
Instructions are dependent on which you are using. Look in the descriptions of all the releases for other installation instructions.
Thanks for the response, yes the music is different. I can see ASI on the skirmish mode. Is this a mod with a new campaign or for the skirmish mode only?. I am using the CD version of C&C3;.

Im searching for someone who helps me to fix my "own mod launching" problem for CnC3. The thing is it build all all good i followed disriptions etc, but my mod just do not show in game even if i launch it.
I got steam version for cnc3 any ideas.. it would be so cool..im very frustrated tried it lots of times...

I'm using steam so how do I install it. I already mods before such as the forgotten so how do you install this one? I put it in the Mods folder buts its not appearing the browser mod section

I have the Ultimate Collection on Origin. I did a little bit of tinkering but I got Tiberium Essence mod to work with TW for Origin. I want to mention that I am also using Windows 8 just in case it matters. And If you want the option of playing vanila DO NOT TO THIS.
After you have downloaded the mod files.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Command and Conquer 3 TW and KW\Command Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars
Add "TiberiumEssence_1.51" into that folder
2)In the Core file open the 1.9
