This patch fixes most issues related to engine branch incompatibility and is designed to run using the latest "Beta" of Half-Life Steam version. Instructions on how to install and use it are within the archive.

You need to extract the folder 'Hunger' in your 'Half-Life' folder.
A typical path would be:
C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\Hunger
I know, but i'm confused on the SteamFix and the Chapters 1,2,3 downloads, do i have to execute both?

In the first place, download and install
They Hunger chapter 1,2,3 from here.

Install it to your Half-Life folder.
.i.e:
C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life

Secondly, download the Steam menu fix.

Install it to your Half-Life folder.

Overwrite any file, when prompted to.

Lastly, download the SteamPipe patch.

Install it to your Half-Life folder.

Restart Steam.
They Hunger should appear in your game
list.

Here is a video that demonstrates how to correctly install it.
While trying to install the steamfix, it fails and shows that the program wasn't installed correclty, well i give up then.

I assume you are using Windows, and seeing 'This program might not have installed correctly'?
Keep in mind this is a warning, and is triggered by compatibility issues. In this case, simply ignore this notification.

This is a great mod, why isn't this on steam yet? I mean, you've recently came out with an update, this year! it should already be on steam by now

I just noticed that some things got broken in this SteamPipe patch. Helicopters can shoot MISSILES like a vanilla Apache. Gluon Gun aka Flamethrower no longer has an idle animation (I have to hold MOUSE2 for idle). CyberFranklin will use some sounds of Human Grunts like its Taunting.

When i uninstalled They Hunger for some reason on day of defeat and any gold source game in the main menu the font for the options and stuff is red how do i change it back to normal?
