When I tried to go to the funny maze, it crashes. Same as the standard.

That's strange! I've tested the custom story on 3 different PCs and it didn't crash. I could suggest you if you have steam version trying repare your game and re-install the custom story.
I have the Steam version of the game. I was running it with NoSTEAM edition to make the game run fine without that Steam border.
Oh, and edit: sorry for delay, I hope you're consistently fine.
I tried reinstalling my operating system to clean off all the junk that was in my folders, so then I installed Amnesia again one month ago and this still happens.
