I hope this mod doesn't interfere with other mods, all I did to create it was add a new weapon to the oblivion.esm, then saved it as a new .esm... I think it's safe though. :X
The damage right now, might be off, because I use a realistic damage mod, so if it is too overpowering, please let me know.
Also any tips would be appreciated.

This is my first mod, and it was very basic, yet very time consuming. One thing I have learned is that it will be frustrating at first, but just take a couple days off and try again. It worked for me, it can work for you.

Change Log:
Updated the location of the sword. It is a quick fix, but at least it is not overpowered, by being at the starting location. It is only found at Luther Broads Boarding House...
