This is the full 1.0.0 version of the mod! to instal just drop the files into your half-life folder. it works to won version too, but it's a quite cutted of version, make sure you make an backup of your files.

This mod is called "QeffectsGL" and Team Meba has nothing related to its' development. In other words, the content is stolen.
no, i edited the effects and put custom sprites and background.
You changed only the default config, but you didn't put any coding changes there, so you can't call yourself the developer of this mod. And you did not give a credit to the real author.
