Tanks and Rogues 1.0.0.0 server files

This is the first public release of Tanks and Rogues, a Quake III Arena serverside modification. It should work for all platforms on which you can run a Quake III Arena server or a Quake III Arena compatible server such as ioquake3. It can also be used locally if you just want to try it out with some bots.
