This is an incomplete list of the major changes and additions made in v2.9.1.
Note: To take advantage of the new UI changes, you will have to run the game in a widescreen (16:9 or 16:10) display resolution.
You should disable the shadows in the video options to prevent artifacts with the new shaders!
* Corrected AI demand for DDE-73 and CVG-103
* Corrected AI demand & counter values for DHI-82 Ion Destroyer
* CPU players will now build CHL-97 and CHK-76 Heavy Cruisers
* Removed redundant/duplicate AI script for countering strategic bombers
* Modified FF-12A Assault fighter build requirements: no longer requires PL-300RF research
* Corrected custom Vaygr badges (added white and black vaygr badges, removed lower-quality badges)
* Increased build time for Heavy Cruisers to from 150 to 165 seconds
* Added the new explosion FX for CVE-74 Assault Carrier
* Increased Vaygr DH chassis research to 2200 RU
* Added the new missile trail FX to Hiigaran BLI MWS missiles and FFG-45 LRAM missiles
* New streamlined ship classification system
* Rewritten in-game ship descriptions for most units
* New game mode "Capital Conquest" (in Beta stages)
* Modified tech tree for both races - inclusion of separate Heavy Cruiser and Light Cruiser subclasses for both races, both as prerequisites for Battlecruiser research
* Added new unitcap category for all cruiser class ships (Light Cruiser, Heavy Cruiser, Battle Cruiser & Battleship)
* Modular Weapon Systems now have a separate build category menus on ships that can build them
* Replaced Hiigaran DDG-72 Torpedo Destroyer with CLG-88 Torpedo Cruiser
* Hiigaran DHI-82 Ion Destroyer has been buffed and is now the counterpart to the Vaygr DHG-92 Heavy Destroyer, build cost increased to 2750 RU
* Hiigaran DHI-82 Ion Destroyers will vent steam from side vents when firing their ion cannons
* Hiigaran BHI-78 Battleships have new weapon systems
* Replaced Vaygr Medium Cruiser with CHL-97 Heavy Cruiser
* New and modified dogfight attack scripts for FC-11 Lance Fighters, GtK-12 Light Gunships and heavy fighters
* Tweaked the maximum banking amount for fighters to prevent squadrons from unnecessarily/accidently splitting into micro formations when they are not supposed to
* Added new buildable module for CVG-103 Strike Carriers: Anti-Dust sensors module for navigating dust clouds
* All Hiigaran torpedoes have proximity burst warheads now like Vaygr Fusion Missiles
* The AI will now separate Fighters and Corvettes into subclasses when deciding what to build and how to counter specific subclasses: AntiFighterFighters, AntiCorvetteFighters, AntiFighterCorvettes, AntiCorvetteCorvettes and StrategicBombers.
* FLG-42 Torpedo Frigate upgraded torpedoes now do 75% the damage of Ion Cannon Frigates and Heavy Missile Frigates
* Synchronized firing FX and SFX for the FLK-43 Flak Frigate, CHK-76 turrets
* Decreased Vaygr FC-12B cluster missile rate of fire to 15 seconds, reduced submunition count to 3
* Decreased Platform control module build speed to 50 seconds
* Reduced FF-12A Assault Fighter, FF-17A Strike Fighter and FF/A-13 Heavy Fighter missile damage against platforms by 50%
Reduced CF-17E Pulsar fighter weapon rate of fire by 50%
* FFR-33 and FFS-46 Picket Frigates have 3.5 and 3.0 km anti-dust sensor radius, respectively
* FFE-43 Escort Frigates will launch three MRM-18 missiles instead of two from new launcher mounts
* Reduced damage per/second of MWS systems (Trinity HLC, HPL, Fusion Missiles) and (MRG and LRAM)
* Completed CHK-76 Heavy Cruiser HOD - engines now glow, added retractable torpedo launchers
* The CLG-88 Torpedo Cruiser engines are now a subsystem that can be disabled
* Replaced Vaygr "Medium Cruiser" with CHL-97 Heavy Cruiser
* DDE-73 Escort Frigate defense field generator animation has been corrected
* New model for Vaygr FC-12B Assault Fighter
* New model for Vaygr FHK-35 Heavy Frigate
* Modernized ship HODs for FF-17A Strike Fighters, FFR-33 Picket Frigate, FFP-31 Interceptor Frigate, FFE-43 Escort frigate and FHI-44 Mk.2 Ion Frigates; Vaygr DHG-92 Heavy Destroyer and Vaygr MRM missile mesh
* Heavily modified BHI-78 Battleship HOD
* Corrected collision meshes for numerous subsystems
* Vaygr cluster missiles now have a "cluster" animation effect when releasing submunitions
* Fusion Missiles, Torpedoes and Cluster Missiles/Torpedoes have new emitter trail effects
* Implemented CnlPepper's parallax shaders with a tweak to allow for custom ship badges
* All ship and command icons will display in high resolution at 1080p and lower display resolutions
* Unitcap information, main menu options and in-game ship build/research windows have been resized for 16:9 aspect ratios
* New in-game icons for a number of Hiigaran and Vaygr Ships
* New 1080p resolution background images and loading screens
* New explosion effect for all combat capital ships originating from Complex Rebirth
* High-yield missiles have star tactical overlay icons in-game
* Laser Corvettes and FFP-31 Interceptor Frigate laser FX is larger and more prominent

Mhhh got problems with this build. if i am ingame - all ships are some kind of clear and i can watch to the other side of the ship.
does anyone else have this prob only with this build ? the version before works fine for me.
