(Experimental) Balance changes and fixes
- Gunther now again spawns properly in the mission "Welcome to the Mud"
- All physical obstacles now have triple HP, including sandbags, in order to make cover a little more useful
- Sandbag build time reduced by 90%
- Rusviet infantry HP decreased by 25%. Feedback regarding this change would be appreciated, as this might still not be enough (or even be too much) to balance them out.
- Battle tent units now cost double as much to keep the AI from spamming them too much
