-Re-organized Wraith combat research layout into 3 sections. This may resolve a longstanding intermittent bug some were experiencing with the Wraith hull upgrades.
-Ancients Nanotech Replicate Frigate now requires at least 1 ship slot available and should stop being available once max supply is exceeded.
-Added two custom minor factions: The Tok'ra and the Asuran Collective.
-Added some generic orb shield effects for meshes assets that do not have a custom one.
