The reason the file is only 0.2 bytes is because it is a torrent file which are really small files. Once you add the torrent file to a Bittorrent client then you can start downloading the entire mod which is about 1.5 GB.
Torrent files are small, yes, (I work with them frequently), but they are NOT 0.2 bytes. That is approximately 2 bits of information, which can only store a number ranging from 0 - 3.
Downloading the file now yields a 16 kb file, so it's working now. I downloaded it twice last time just to check, so they've fixed the file / the servers are sending it to me correctly now.
it is definetly strange after your last reply i tried once more by which i am using free download manager but again same negative reply that file has not found etc.. i just started to load each file from rapidshare seperately from the first patch till the last one. it is going to be longer but hope it works ???
I am still new to using torrents, but have successfully used them before. I am using Bit Tornado and keep getting the ERROR “problem connecting to tracker”. Is there a better time of day to attempt a download?
There aren't very many seeds for this torrent so you might have a hard time connecting and I dont know of any particular time being better. Another option is to just download the Titanium Edition and then download and install expansion packs 9 through 14 separately.

CRC failed in Gfx\Models\Connie_sec_glow_L.png. The file is corrupt
Also Race06.mp3 is corrupt.
Easy all..... just got too say thanks for all the time you have put in this great mod superbob.... only had GC2 a few days before i started too look for mods for it.. as can see why u did this.... as it was calling out for it... still a great game with out this mods.... but they could of sold it like this and it would have been held up as the best trek\wars game.... so many many thanks.... back to my a-wing or my galaxy hmmmmm... nice one again
only playable for 50 or so turns anyway (est), then the problem still occurs where it runs out of memory, eventually you cant even progress to the next turn no matter how many times you load. I have tried on winxp latest updates, win vista latest updates, and win7 latest updates back (32 and 64 bit versions) in jan 2012, on 3 different pcs, solid hardware included (up to 32gb ram, 16gb, 8gb, in my pcs now, but tried the 32bit ~4gb ram setup too). All my friends have same problem. Seems to have died quickly 2009 with no following due to this problem. I have spent weeks trying to get it to play, no luck. I suggest you save yourself the headache.

One problem. I keep getting an out of memory error. Ive tried both fixes (/large address aware) for this problem with no luck. The error keeps popping up.
Im running windows 7 64 bit, 4 gigs of ram, and own gal civ 2 ultimate edition. Any suggestions that may help? As it stands right now the mod crashes every time it attempts to save. HELP ! =)

I am sorry to hear that, but yes another option is just downloading it separately from rapidshare, but it will take longer. :(

Why not just upload the mod in three different parts for those of us who dont have the fastest connection speeds
