I've already emailed Mod DB admin. regarding this, and have also posted a thread about it too.
I'm chompin' at the bit to get my hands on this release as well, and although I've yet to hear from anyone else on the development team, I'm assuming that someone's tried from that end to find a remedy as well.
As frustrating as it is, patience is the only (unfortunate) course of "action" at this time.

Just downloaded part 3, unfortunately Part 4 is still saying "not available".
Part 4 now downloading, seems all is well in the world of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.! (man that's a pain in the arse to type...)
