Another quick patch fixing some more sound bugs and reconfiguring some files. Changes -1. Some more soundds fixes mostly to do with rain not working correctly. 2. I re-disabled default_nearwall_ondefault_nearwall_on which is in external.ltx 3. Reconfigured rspec_default and rspec_extreme Installation - 1. Copy and paste gamedata overwriting existing files. 2. Have Fun!
