In S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly 1.5.0 Update 2 the checksums for 2 .db0 files for the verify-install.bat script were incorrect. Install this hotfix after Update 2.

I'm with this guy. I have no clue where to put this.
It goes in the tools folder as an overwrite.
Yeah the thing is I don't have a tools folder. I searched for it in the game files and I couldn't find it.
Edit: I'm a fool and didn't see update 2.

Probably made a mistake during install. Try deleting Anomaly, and installing the game again.

Ibb.co <-- extracted one by one from top to bottom, and still doesn't launch, doesn't accept anomalylauncher.cfg. Tried extract in program files, in program files (x86) - still nothing
