Spider Pack file

Influenced by the Spider Mine Steroids mod from UT2k4, this mod includes a Spider Launcher and LinkGun+, the Spider launcher properly spawns spider mines that can be shot at with the linkgun+ secondary fire to make them grow in size, damage, and damage radius. Along with properly created spider mine projectiles to work across teams, the animations of the UT3 spider mines have also been fixed to not freeze or get stuck in the middle of running.
