New buff "Spread Shot"
Buff ladder implemented as follows:
Double Shot -> Triple Shot -> Spread Shot
if you have a buff and you get another one it will push you to the next tier
Now get points for capturing buffs:
Double Shot = 250
Triple Shot = 500
Spread Shot = 1000
Added 1% chance to Enemies to spawn Spread Shot
Added 10% chance to Boss to spawn Spread Shot
Made "Jump" button cycle through rainbow of shot colors for testing
Made Boss score value based on Boss HP (Score/10)

New buff "Double Spread Shot"
New buff "Triple Spread Shot"
Buff ladder now:
Double Shot -> Triple Shot -> Spread Shot -> Double Spread -> Triple Spread
Changed rotation on Double and Triple shot to help with new buffs
