Sins Optimization Project 1.0 for Entrenchment file

This is the FINAL build of TSOP updated for Sins of a Solar Empire: Entrenchment version 1.055

In TSOP 1.0

All of the optimizations, and fixed issues from TSOP 0.07 are
included. Like the Fixed Meshes, Starbase, Mine, Strike Craft, and Trade Ship Texture
Optimizations. Plus Poly reductions, Etc Etc. See included "Changes, and
Fixed Files" text for detailed information on changes.

All particles, and UI textures are in DDS format. The textures were re-optimized for better quality in game. Strategic Texture Reductions return, but some textures that we reduced in the past

builds were reverted back to their original resolutions.

Optimized Planets return using planet meshes from Rebellion.

Plus much more.
