Sicilia 440 AD (BI version) file

This version is already more balanced and dedicated to the Vandal invasion of Sicily. Slightly weakened the economic crisis in the WRE Most interestingly, invading the Vandals will not be easy. Installation is simple. Just put this map to your BI folder. You don`t need to ovewrite anythings. This campaign is a provincial, and its not have conflicts with original BI. Its only have 440 folder which you need to put to bi\data\world\maps\campaign and 440_regions_settlements.txt to bi\data\text. Thats all.
